HOW DO I GET INVOLVED WITH THE FUGO II PROJECT?

The FUGO II is ready to fly. We have a pilot and we have a message of peace. Now is the time to show your support.

Please help contribute to the manufacturing cost of the FUGO. This project can succeed only if thousands of people are willing to give a small amount of support. Skip one cup of coffee this week, and send that money to the FUGO II. That is all it takes. Then in October, sit back and watch the historic flight of a bomb for peace, knowing that you helped make it happen. In an act of ritualistic disarmament, the FUGO II will be destroyed (literally) after only a few flights. Donors of $10 or more will get a piece of the balloon to display.

There are two primary ways to support the FUGO II project.

1. If you like the idea, and would like to see the bomb fly, Person is accepting any and all donations via Paypal. A Donation of $10 or more gets you a piece of history (see below).

2. Additionally, a limited collectible art edition is being sold in various tiers. (described below)

Suggested donation amounts are $5, $10, $20, $50 or any amount of your choosing (every penny counts!) Please check back at this site regularly to see how we are proceeding to our goal.

EVERY DONOR WHO SENDS IN $10 or more WILL RECIEVE A 2" SQUARE PIECE OF THE FUGO II UPON ITS RETIREMENT. In an act of ritualistic disarmament, the FUGO II will be destroyed (literally) after only a few flights. Donors of $10 or more will get a piece of the balloon to display. You will also get a certificate of authenticity, so that you can frame and display a piece of history. Please include a shipping address with payment that will be active post October 2006.

Person is seeking a Gallery that would like the exclusive opportunity to sell the collectible aspect of this balloon. His plan is to issue a limited edition of FUGO II packages as described below.

Exclusive rights to sell the edition will be negotiated for a fee, and advertising costs/promotion will be shared by the artist.

Edition Tiers and their corresponding attributes are as follows

RED Sponsor:

$1000 - An individual or organization pledging this amount will be given recognition for that sponsorship on the FUGO2.com website, and in paid print advertising. Additionally, a $1000 sponsor will be given one of a limited edition of 20 12" by 18" archival prints of the initial designs of FUGO II, signed and dated by the artist.

White Sponsor:

$2500 - An individual or corporation pledging this amount will be given all of the above-mentioned benefits, plus one of a limited edition of 20 signed drawings of the initial FUGO II concept, signed and dated by the artist. Additionally, this tier of sponsorship entitles the sponsor to a large framed piece of the fabric of the FUGO II (one of the stars) following its retirement. If weather/FAA laws permit, White Sponsors will additionally be given the opportunity to ride in the World's First Passenger Atomic Bomb, and photographic evidence to document that ride.

Blue Sponsor:

$5000 or more - An individual or corporation pledging this amount will be given all of the above-mentioned benefits, plus effusive verbal and written thanks in ALL related publicity and promotion. Additionally, corporations wishing to have a message placed on one of the four basket sides will be given that right. Dependant on cost and availability, a Blue Donor can also request a special appearance of the FUGO II at a future event/location. Additional costs for special appearances will be negotiated and may need to be met partially by the donor.

Sponsors will also have the option to opt out and be silent supporters. Sponsorship of the balloon does not entitle modification of its design, nor the inclusion of a corporate logo or brand statement on the envelope. The artist is open to discussion of the possibility of such iinclusions on the balloon basket. Specific details are negotiable.
